Может это изнутри что-то генерит? Смотри maillog.
А файл ~qmail/control/rcpthosts есть?

qmail/control/rcpthosts есть rcpthosts есть но там только свои домены прописаны


может попробовать RELAYCLIENT оставить только локальную машину

да кстати изнутри врятли потому что
netstat -n

похоже дело в релее
но если сделать telnet 192.168.0.1 25 ошибка подключения
