Люди, проблему с дифиней решил. Все оказалось просто. На станции было прописано 15 таймслотов. Прописали все и все заработало.
Теперь развитие ситуации. Имеется станция Panasonic. В ней плата KX-TD290. Кто знает, выручайте. На плату нет и как я понял не бывает никакой документации. Так вот, выдергиваю из циски конец, подключенный к дифине (рабочая схема), вместо него подключаю конец от панасоника. На консоли циски вижу что поток поднимается. По комманде sh isdn stat наблюдается :

Вы уверены в правильности распиновки и то что у вас на панасе порт не в shutdown?

У ISDN как бы две стороны есть network и user side. Вобщем RTFM.
Это все понятно :)
Что значит protocol-emulate я не могу понять пока. Но процесс исследований документации продолжается.

Люди, опять встряли мы с панасоником. В общем он настраивается на передачу цифр набранных по одной. Как я понял, Cisco у нас этого не понимает и после первых цифр мы слышим зуммер. После этого набираем любой номер и он отрабатывается нормально. Как говорят в фирме, продавшей Panasonic, работать нужно только с оверлап. Не подскажете, где на циске такое настраиваеся? Я понимаю, что все это очень путано и некрасиво, но что делать...

Так проблема-то с потсами. То-бишь с панаса на циску неправильно номера прокидываются. Получается что чаще всего приходит с него 2 цифры. Бывает одна. То есть он блок сразу не пробрасывает. А циска этого не понимает. Вот заставить-бы. Может дебаги какие показать?
